There are certain faces that you can take photos of for the rest of forever and never want to stop. This is the owner of one of those faces. This is Wren, and she is beautiful, and this is another set from the Saturday of Five Photoshoots with my little, feathered collective.
Wren was the first model I really worked with and she is the face of a lot of my best work, from wandering waif-like on the moors to being dressed in a literal bin bag and covered in other-worldly makeup (both of which were styled and made up by Sparrow, there is a reason why these two are my dream team), and a whimsical series that I have not yet released (but have been perfecting for a while).
She is our chameleon, once playing the entire cast of characters from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, which I think I shall post snippets of in a later blog entry because it deserves, wholeheartedly, to be seen.
We had no plan for these images, but what we came out with was beautiful nonetheless and I was reminded how effortlessly delicate Wren can look, and how absolutely stunning Sparrow's hair styling looks. This was the first look we created that Saturday in April and it brought all of the memories of our creative escapades to the forefront. I didn't know how much I had missed taking photos just to be creative until I took photos of Wren again.
The images below were taken by Sparrow on my second camera while I was looking through the photos from my first Witch, Cat, Moon image and I really rather liked them.
